Consumer Direct
Civica delivered vital case management software for the South West region’s Consumer Direct helpline, which enabled the service to deal with over 100,000 enquiries in a 12 month period.
The company's software is used in the Consumer Direct call centre covering the South West of England which was part of the first stage of the national roll-out of the Consumer Direct Service. For the South West pathfinder, the department required a case recording and management solution for the centres that was fully integrated into the IT networks at local authorities, so that Trading Standards offices could directly access and follow up cases online.
