The Programme provides a flexible opportunity for our Management Team to enhance their skills in a fun, practical and challenging way – helping everyone to raise the bar on their personal and team performance.
The Programme supports our Management team to manage change and growth, coach and lead their employees and overall provide excellent Customer Services. Finally, it provides a great opportunity for our Management Team to meet up with their colleagues across the business.
