Driving for improved performance
Assessments such as CPA have raised the profile of local authority performance across the UK. Civica can support authorities in advance of the assessment process as well as during and after. Analysing, reporting and managing performance is an integral part of effective service delivery but can be a burden especially when data is distributed across a variety of sources.
