Analysing, reporting and managing performance is an integral part of effective service delivery but can be a burden especially when data is distributed across a variety of sources. Drawing on knowledge of performance frameworks, benchmarking, risk management and information standards, we work alongside customers to establish structured processes, performance scorecards and individual improvement projects.
Of particular importance is the development of a performance management framework, enabling managers to gain greater visibility into performance, benchmark their activity with other authorities and then work to address performance issues and goals.
