Manchester City Council signs Comino for over £3million

Manchester City Council has selected Public Sector IT specialist Comino to support the automation of its housing department. The £3.319 million project will include Comino’s Universal Housing suite, transactional (back office) housing, Workflow, Electronic Document Management and Contact Manager.

The procurement is part of Manchester City Council’s Housing Investment and Diversity projects. Manchester City Council is transferring 50,000 of its stock to a number of RSL’s (registered social landlords), ALMO’s (arms length management organisations) and PFI’s (private financial initiatives) over the next two years to continue to improve on and beat the standards set by the Government’s decent homes initiative.
