Civica completes over £200,000 Tranman Series 7 sales
Civica's Tranman Series 7 fleet management software helps the London Ambulance Service and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Baghdad with critical vehicle management
Civica is helping the London Ambulance Service and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in Baghdad manage their vehicle fleet management more effectively.
Civica's fleet management software Tranman Series 7 is ensuring critical servicing and maintenance of vehicles is up-to-date while also monitoring mileage and fuel costs for the public sector organisations and others including:
• London Borough of Bromley
• Harrogate Borough Council
• Stoke on Trent City Council
• East Lindsay District Council
Tranman Series 7 enables organisations with large vehicle fleets to manage the smooth running of fleet vehicles through automated scheduling of MOTs and regular servicing requirements while also accounting for accident repairs. Customers are able to input all service scheduling or one off accident repairs into Tranman Series 7’s web portal, enabling password-protected access from any web browser to their fleet data.
Chris Miles, London Ambulance Service said: "Having a full picture of our 500 ambulances’ service schedules at any given point can be a matter of life or death. It is vital that we have a powerful fleet management system that offers us complete control of our fleet, ensuring we keep the optimum number of ambulances on the road. Civica's Tranman Series 7 gives us this control.”
The London Ambulance Service has 50 employees accessing the system from 13 workshops located throughout London. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office Baghdad has more than 250 armoured and soft-skinned vehicles in its fleet and is using Civica’s Tranman Series 7 for service scheduling and repairs, although servicing is more regular due to the environment in which its vehicles operate.
Sean Bennett, Foreign and Commonwealth Office Baghdad, said: "For any public sector organisation with a large fleet, the security and safety of drivers is a key priority and we need to provide vehicles that our people can rely on. With a fleet management system like Civica's Tranman Series 7, we have peace of mind that the most sophisticated technology available is helping us manage our vehicles’ service and maintenance schedules which is critical for our drivers and their passengers."
John Hood, Managing Director Housing & Asset Management, Civica said: “Tranman Series 7 has a range of different fleet management modules that organisations can use for their own priorities whether service scheduling of vehicles or managing fuel costs. The software is flexible enough to provide service and efficiency savings for any of our customers' key requirements.”
