We’re delighted to announce the birth of Isabelle Smith, daughter to our own Gregg Smith (Senior Support Consultant). Mother (Kate) and baby have returned home and Gregg’s so happy that he’s crow-barred open his wallet and bought cakes for everyone in the company!

Continuing our baby boom is Steff Spikker (Developer), Lucy Spikker was born on the Sunday 22nd October,  Michelle, Ella and baby Lucy are all doing well.

Congratulations to Michelle Leakey (Sales Administrator) who married Chris Richards on the 11th September. Michelle had a great day and was the picture of radiance.




We extend a warm welcome to Kevin Hardy (Sales Account Manager) who recently joined us from Capita.  With more than 10 years experience of the Local Government and Housing association marketplace, Kevin will take on a role of account development working mainly from his home base in Tamworth, Staffordshire.

Many of you will have already spoken to Chris Wilks, the newest member of the Hotline team. Chris joined us only a short while ago and with his background in Customer Services and a keen interest in IT he’s a perfect fit for the Hotline.

Yuk Wai But joined the QC department in Development on the 18th October. He is initially involved in the QC testing on APP V7.
