The following articles are now available from the Knowledge Based section of the website to download.

• Importing a Premises listing from Excel back into PRU
At Stoke Rochford this year, the first session on the Wednesday morning was a users forum. One of the topics covered was importing a Premises listing from Excel back into PRU. Since Stoke Rochford, a few users have contacted the Hotline on how to do this, so an article was posted onto the website on the 26th October explaining how to achieve this.

• Reporting on Food Inspections within 28 days of due date
If users want to be able to report on this, it is suggested that the Action Diary is used on the Inspection Record. If the FSA ask for this information, then this can be readily available by using the Actions Report Generator. Full guidance on this is available to download.

• Guidance on recording activity relating to the LA contribution to Fit3 national workplan 2006/07.
There are a number of ways in which the information required may be recorded, and a number of authorities have already devised satisfactory methods which match their existing methods of recording other enforcement work. However guidance has been published and is available from the Knowledge Based Section.
