BRONZE

SILVER

The Civica Silver support package provides all the Bronze package elements but is enhanced with advice and guidance on configuration, set-up and data recovery. Monthly management reports will highlight call resolution patterns.

GOLD

The Civica Gold support package is a complete service package. It offers extended support hours, telephone and email support within defined response times, and a quarterly technical review with a Senior Consultant. Among the benefits, you are entitled to two calls per annum to Microsoft's premier support team.

PLATINUM

The Civica Platinum support package is a support solution that is specifically tailored to your requirements. This level of service is managed by a dedicated service delivery manager and is aimed at organisations that choose to outsource all or part of their support. As a Platinum customer you are provided with access to the entire Civica team and proactive server monitoring and reporting.
