What does your role involve?
I am responsible for any technical, database and installation work for the Corporate LG Business Unit as well as the general management of the corporate product suite for EDM including both new and existing products.
What are the best aspects of your job?
My role is varied and challenging and provides an opportunity to work with both our customer base and a number of great people within Civica to deliver a wide range of products and services.
What is your favourite book?

New Wins
logoCivica has won a contract to supply London Borough of Hillingdon with its Social Care Solution. Implementation has started, with go-live anticipated for July/August 2009.
logoNewcastle City Council has recently purchased Civica’s Human Resources application and the application has begun to be delivered.
ANNUAL CONFERENCE

This year’s Civica annual conference was our biggest yet, attended by almost 700 delegates from across our local government, social housing and enforcement sectors. Interesting insights were provided by keynote speakers, Sir Matthew Pinsent CBE, Ken Livingstone and after dinner entertainment was provided by comedian Frankie Boyle. The exhibitor showcase was the largest to date, including 55 sponsors and partners.
